Working closely with Steve Hale Transport Consultancy is one of the most rewarding parts of my role. Steve sets a standard for professionalism that reflects everything we believe in at Fleetmaxx Solutions, especially when supporting our customers with compliance, transport management, and operational excellence.

This week, I am incredibly proud to share some wonderful news about Steve and celebrate a major personal achievement that highlights his dedication to our industry.

On Thursday 27 November 2025, at the historic Carmens Hall in the City of London, Steve Hale was officially granted the Freedom of The Worshipful Company of Carmen. This honour places him within one of the most respected and historic transport-related livery companies in the world. It also represents the beginning of his journey within the Worshipful Company of Carmen, which holds deep significance in the heritage of British transport.

A special moment within the Worshipful Company of Carmen

The ceremony, known as a Capping Ceremony, welcomed six new Freemen into the Worshipful Company of Carmen. The event was led by Master Carman Andy Miles, with Court Assistant Joy Laister and Liveryman Paul Abbott representing the Membership Committee.

The occasion was generously supported by Trailer Resources Limited, whose involvement helped make the ceremony even more memorable.
